Professor Dr. Hasneen Jahan has been appointed as the Head of the Department of Agricultural Economics at Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh for the next two years, effective from 24 May 2022. On this occasion a charge handover ceremony was held on 24 May 2022 amongst the distinguished academic members of the department to mark the change of headship of the department. All present academic members of the Department including the Emeritus Professor Dr. M.A. Sattar Mandal and expert member of the department Professor Tofazzal Hossain Miah greeted both outgoing and incoming Heads at the virtual meeting, and they have also expressed intention to cooperate the incoming Head as earlier.
